  • Does it cost to park at the resort each day? Is this an additional charge?

    Self-parking is available on-site for an additional fee. Guests who choose to utilize on-site parking will be charged a $38 Self-Parking Fee per vehicle per day.

  • Can I guarantee a room or multiple rooms in a certain neighborhood, location, or near another?

    Due to the unique dynamic of timeshare and rental room inventories, please be advised room locations are assigned based on availability at check-in. Certain neighborhood and room locations are NEVER guaranteed.

  • Property Renovation Notices

    Please be advised the resort is undergoing redevelopment. Machines, diverted patterns of resort access, and construction noise may take place from 7am-6pm. This work will continue now through 2028 year in sections of the property.

  • Booking Direct with The Hotel - Benefits You Will Want to Know

    When I book directly on the hotels website, what does that mean to me as a guest? Our direct booking guests are our most important and most valuable guests. By booking direct, our guests receive flexible cancellation policies, preferred room assignments, preferred special requests, higher level considerations for early check-in, and late check-outs, and very last choices for the unfortunate and unforeseen times of relocation occurrences. Our rates and members rates includes the above preferences always and are highly preferred when staying at our hotel.

    Viewing a lower rate? We also rate match! Please contact our reservations department at 855-206-6955. Our reservations team is more than happy to review lower rates and honor a rate you might be seeing on Expedia, Booking.com, Priceline, etc. Verification of same room type, and dates of travel must be confirmed and viewed live by our agents to match. Please rate match to prior to booking, most times you are unable to cancel if you already booked somewhere else. Another benefit to booking direct, we are more flexible with your business.

    What about websites such as Expedia, Booking.com, Priceline, Agoda, etc? We partner, have a good standing with, and honor of course reservations booked on these sites. Please note, the preferences and value in which your booking is viewed by the hotel is superseded by our Direct Booking guests. Bookings through third-party typically incur booking fees, more restricted cancellation policies, last availability for room assignments & special requests, and are first in line in the unfortunate and unforeseen times of relocation occurrences. It’s always worth and guaranteed a better choice when booking your vacation to choose to book directly with us rather than an online travel agency. Please beware of unapproved and non-partners such as Trip.com and FindHotel.com, do not be fooled by unapproved bait and switch rates and rooms offered on these sites.

  • I Booked My Room Through a Third Party Website, and Would Like to Modify or Cancel My Reservation?

    Booking Direct Is Always the Best Choice! It's highly recommended to always book directly through the Resort website or call center for the best availability, special rates, room types, and in addition, flexibility if unforeseen changes occur.

    Bookings made through third-party websites must be changed or canceled (if an option) though the same platform it was booked on. The hotel is unfortunately unable to assist with any changes to these types of bookings.

    No sorry, no pets allowed outside of service animals.

  • Is there a shuttle to the airport? 

    Our sister property, located on same campus, can provide shuttle service to the Carlsbad Palomar airport (CLD). For (SAN) San Diego International airport, we recommend airport shuttle service, taxi, uber, or a rental car.

  • Where is the entrance to LEGOLAND?

    Our exclusive private entrance is located just south of the resort parking area. Our friendly team members are happy to direct you as well while on property.

  • How far is MarBrisa from the San Diego (SAN) airport and also McLellan Palomar (CLD) airport?

    San Diego airport is very close, approximately 30 minutes away. Palomar airport is just 3 minutes away - just a few streets over from our resort.

  • When are the pools open for the year?

    Our 3 pools are open all year round!

  • Do guests get a discount off The Crossings Golf Course across from the resort? 

    Yes! Our hotel guests do receive a discount on behalf of our Carlsbad partnership. Contact us at 855-206-6955 or 760-828-4520 to inquire further about current discounts being offered to our valued guests.

  • What is the difference between the Pointe and the Cove neighborhoods?

    Location is simple difference of the two neighborhoods. Since the resort has 3 pools, and amenities spread throughout, both neighborhoods are really nice and can accommodate all our guests needs.

  • Are there handicap accessible rooms?

  • How far is the resort from the Ocean?

    Just a short drive, within 5 miles west of the resort. Also provided is shuttle service within 5 miles of resort. Check with front desk for availability and also our famous Ride the Tide Trolley schedule for coolest way to arrive to the beach!

  • Are there BBQ Grills?

    Yes, plenty of BBQ Grills. They are situated around the resort and are clean and some brand new.

  • Do rooms have washer and dryer?

    No, however the resort has a self-service laundromat for washing and drying onsite.

  • What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

    In the event you may need to cancel your reservation, please notify us prior to arrival to avoid forfeiture of your deposit. Please reference your booked rates applicable cancellation policy. Reservations are subject to applicable cancellation policies to avoid forfeit of advance deposit received.

    Flexible Rate Reservations cannot be changed or canceled within 7 days. Please contact our Reservations Department at 855-206-6955 in regards to any questions about the resort cancellation policy terms and restrictions. Non-Refundable or Promotional Rate Reservations cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded - total reservation amount may be charged in case of cancellation or no-show. Restrictions apply to promotional or special condition rates booked.

  • Are You Pet Friendly?

    ADA Defined Service Animals are welcome at our hotel. NO OTHER PETS ALLOWED.

  • Can I Make a Special Request?

    During the booking process, you can enter any special requests into the "Special Requests" box on the "Your Details" page. Once you have received your booking confirmation, you can follow up with the hotel directly to confirm that your request can be met. You can find the hotel’s contact details on the Contact Us page of our website. Note special requests are not guaranteed but we do try our very best to accommodate.

  • Can I Make a Reservation without A Credit Card?

    No. Sorry, we require a major credit card to guarantee your room reservation. Please review the terms and cancellation policy before making your reservation.

  • Is My Credit Card and Personal Data Safe?

    Absolutely, when you book your stay via the Travelclick booking engine, we ensure to take every safeguard possible in transmitting and storing any personal data including SSL Encryption and other PCI compliant standards.

  • How Do I Cancel or Modify My Reservation?

    Simply follow the instructions to modify or cancel your reservation found in your Reservation Confirmation Email. Alternately, you can find the link to Cancel or Modify Your Reservation in the footer of the hotel’s website. Please note, your reservation is not canceled until and unless you receive an email confirmation of the cancellation. If you booked via phone, feel free to contact us to cancel at 855-206-6955.
